If you want to place your order out of Colombia take into account what follows:

  • To place your orders in our website you should register ( or login if you are registered ).
  • After placing your order you will be contacted during the next 48 hours for our customer service staff to inform you about the total value to deposit and the payment and despatch instructions

DESPATCH INSTRUCTIONS

Your despatch goods will depend on the value of your invoice, in case the value is less than USD 5.000, your good will be despatched via courier .
The company will suggest you a reliable enterprise for handling your goods, in case you want to handle another option, the operation wiil be under your responsibility .

IMPORTANT: The destinations that require labeled, descriptions, registrations or permissions to import clothing, will receive special handling, which will be agreed between the parts.

When your shipping is over USD 5.000 (invoice value), the despatch will be carried out via freight agency, under the negotiation that the customer requieres, wheter it is EXW, CIF or DAP:

  • If the kind of negotiation is EXW, the good will be delivered to the freight agency that the customer hires, where the net value of the order will be invoiced plus bank charges .
  • what the client uses the CIF, the delivery will be made directly in the airport city or country of fate .
  • Incase the customer chooses DAP, the good will be delivered in te warehouse or residence of the customer without tax payments ; I mean the customer shall asume all expenses by taxes concept.


PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

The payment of your good will be made in Colombian pesos ( COP) or in US dollars.
In case of Colombian pesos (COP), the payment will be made by a bank deposit to the account that our customer service staff pointsm which corresponds to an exclusive bank account for this type of orders, different to the one published by this mean .

  • Once the international transfer is made you should send us a copy of the swift message and the payment voucher.
  • The confirmation of the international transfer takes approximately 2 ( two) workind days which the good will be sent.
  • For Venezuela and Mexico, the process might take more time, beacuse of the measures that exist for the capital outflow .

NOTE:
The good is subject to tax payment of the country of destiny which are direct responsibility of the customer besides the bank fees and shipping costs that should be asumed directly for the purchaser .
