Dear customer, if you want to exchange an item or apply for a guarantee please remember:
For obvious hygienic reasons exchanging underwear and swimwear items is forbidden , except when specific manufacturing defects, wich will be assessed by our quality assurance deparment.
You can make the change of the product till 30 days of the purchase.
Items to be exchanged must be in mint condition, including labeling and original packing materials .
Items of previous collections will be exchanged only for items of the same collection ( subject to website product actual availability)
Customer must assume exchange shipping costs except when the exchange originates on manufacturing defects or shipping mistakes .
Garments have a 30-day manufacturing defects guarantee .
Manufacturing defects or imperfections due to material misuse or mishandling or to normal wear and tear (stitching damage, tears, incorrect washing) will not be honored by the guarantee .
